به نمایندگی از دولت و مردم کشورمان، صمیمانه‌ترین تبریکات خود را به رئیس‌جمهور هاکاینده هیچیلمه به‌خاطر سوگند گرفتن امروز برای دوره دومش ابراز می‌دارم. زامبیا همچنان به‌عنوان نماد ثبات دموکراتیک، حاکمیت صلح‌آمیز و وحدت در قاره‌مان می‌درخشد. مشاهدهٔ تبادل مسالمت‌آمیز و تحکیم قدرت امروز، ما را به پیوندهای مشترک تاریخ، فرهنگ و پیشرفت که دو کشورمان را به‌عمق به هم متصل می‌کند، یادآور می‌شود. ما مشتاق تقویت بیشتر روابط دوجانبه، تعمیق همکاری‌های اقتصادی و کار دست در چارچوب SADC و اتحادیه آفریقا برای ساختن منطقه‌ای مرفه‌تر و یکپارچه برای همه مردممان هستیم. آرزوی حکمت فراوان، سلامتی عالی و موفقیت عظیم برای رئیس‌جمهور هیچیلمه و معاون رئیس‌جمهور موتاله نالومانگو دارم تا زامبیا را به پیش ببرند. خداوند متعال به جمهوری زامبیا برکت دهد. خداوند شراکت پایدار ما را برکت دهد.

On behalf of the government and the people of our nation, I extend our warmest congratulations to President Hakainde Hichilema on taking the oath of office today for his second term. Zambia continues to serve as a beacon of democratic stability, peaceful governance, and unity on our continent. Watching the peaceful exchange and consolidation of power today reminds us of the shared bonds of history, culture, and progress that deeply connect our two nations. We look forward to further strengthening our bilateral relations, deepening our economic cooperation, and working hand-in-hand within SADC and the African Union to build a more prosperous and integrated region for all our people. I wish President Hichilema and Vice President Mutale Nalumango abundant wisdom, excellent health, and immense success as they lead Zambia forward.May the Almighty God bless the Republic of Zambia. May God bless our enduring partnership.
