میلی به افتخ و یاد افسران جانشده پلیس در دانشکده آموزشی پلیس انتظامی در امباکاسی نایروبی گذاشت. این مردان و زنان شجاع که از سرویس پلیس انتظامی و کل سرویس پلیس کنیا آمده بودند، در راه وظیفه خود با شجاعت و فداکاری به خدمت ملت ما پرداختند. اگرچه آن‌ها دیگر میان ما نیستند، اما صلح و امنیتی که امروز از آن بهره‌مندیم گواه بر خدمت بی‌طلبانه و تعهد تزلناپذیر آن‌ها به کشورمان است. ما به شجاعت آن‌ها احترام می‌گذاریم، برای سوگشان عزاری می‌کنیم و به فداکاری آن‌ها ادام می‌کنیم. خاطرات این میهن‌وطنان همیشه در قلب ما حک خواهد ماند. روحشان در آرامش ابدی باشد و خانواده‌هایشان با این آگاهی که عزیزانشان با افتخار به ملت ما خدمت کردهه‌اند، قدرت یابند.

Laid a wreath in honour and remembrance of fallen police officers at the Administration Police Training College in Embakasi, Nairobi. These gallant men and women, drawn from the Administration Police Service and the entire Kenya Police Service, made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, serving our nation with courage and dedication. Though they are no longer with us, the peace and security we enjoy today are a testament to their selfless service and unwavering commitment to our country. We honour their courage, mourn their loss and salute their dedication to duty. The memories of these patriots will forever remain etched in our hearts. May their souls rest in eternal peace, and may their families find strength in the knowledge that their loved ones served our nation with honour.
