پاکستان و جمهوری قرغیزستان امروز در بیشیشک چندین توافقنامه دوجانبه را برای تقویت همکاریهای دوجانبه در بخشهای تجارت، امنیت، آموزش، محیط زیست و فناوری امضا کردند. محمدباز شریف، وزیروزیر و صادیر ژاپروف، رئیسجمهور قرغیزستان شاهد مراسماتی بودند که در آن نمایندگان دو طرف اسناد پیشامضا شده را با هم مبادله کردند. هر دو رهبر بیانیه مشترکی را شامل گفتگوها و اهداف سفر وزیروزیر شهباز شریف که برای سفری سه روزه جهت شرکت در جلسه شورای سرانان سازمان همکاری شانگهایی به بیشیشک آمده بود، امضا کردند. دو طرف یک برنامه همکاری دیپلماتیک بین وزارتهای خارجه خود برای سالهای ۲۰۲۶-۲۰۲۷ و همچنین یک یادداشت تفاهم (MoU) میان موسسه مطالعات استراتژیک اسلامآباد و موسسه ملی ابتکار استراتژیک جمهوری قرغیزستان جهت تقویت همکاریهای پژوهشی امضا کردند. هر دو کشور توافقنامههایی در تجارت ترانزیتی برای تسهیل جابجایی تجاری دوجانبه و ترویج همکاریهای علمی و تکنژیکی نهایی کردند و همچنین معاهدهای در مورد استرداد امضا نمودند. حولتهای دو کشور پیشنویس توافقنامه کمکهای حقوقی متقابل در امور کیفری بین پاکستان و قرغیزستان را تنظیم کردند. یک یادداشت تفاهم بین وزارتهای کشور پاکستان و جمهوری قرغیزستان برای مبارزه با قاچاق غیرقانونی مواد مخدر، مواد روان، مواد شیمیایی پیشساز و مسائل مرتبط امضا شد. وزارت بهداشتی قرغیزستان و شورای پزشکی و دندانپزشکی پاکستان یادداشت تفاهمی با تمرکز بر همکاری در آموزش پزشکی امضا کردند، در حالی که یادداشت تفاهم دیگری میان وزارتهای آموزش دو کشور برای ترویج همکاری در حوزه تعلیم و پرورش امضا شد. وزارت منابع طبیعی، محیطزیست و نظارت فنی قرغیزستان و وزارت تغییرات اقلیمی و هماهنگی محیطزیست یادداشت تفاهمی برای تقویت همکاریها در زمینه محیطزیست و تغییرات اقلیمی امضا کردند. دانشگاه ملی دفاعی پاکستان و موسسه ملی ابتکار استراتژیک جمهوری قرغیزستان یادداشت تفاهمی برای تحقیقاتهای آکادمیک و فعالیتهای مشترک امضا کردند. آژانس ملی داراییهای مجازی و فناوریهای بلاکچین تحت ریاست رئیسجمهور قرغیز و سازمان تنظیم داراییهای مجازی پاکستان یادداشت تفاهمی برای همکاری در زمینه داراییهای مجازی امضا کردند. پاکستان و قرغیزستان توافقنامهای برای برقراری رابطه شهرخواه لائ و شهر او قرغیزستان امضا کردند. پست قرغیزستان و پست پاکستان به توافق دوجانبهای برای همکاری بینفع متقابل در خدمات پستی و تجارت الکتریک دست یافتند، در حالی که توافق دیگری بین اتاقر و صنعت جمهوری قرغیزستان و فدراسیون اتاقر و صنعت پاکستان برای همکاری جهت تقویت پیوندهای تجاری دوجانبه امضا شد.

Pakistan and the Kyrgyz Republic signed multiple bilateral accords to enhance bilateral cooperation across trade, security, education, environment, and technology sectors in Bishkek, today. Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov witnessed the ceremony where the representatives from both sides exchanged the pre-signed documents. Both leaders signed a joint statement encompassing the discussions and goals of the visit of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who arrived in Bishkek on a three-day visit to attend the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. Two sides signed a diplomatic Programme of Cooperation between their foreign ministries for 2026–2027, besides a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad and the National Institute for Strategic Initiatives of the Kyrgyz Republic to strengthen research collaboration. Both countries finalized agreements on transit trade to facilitate bilateral commercial movement, and promote science and technological cooperation, besides signing a treaty on extradition. The governments of both countries formulated a draft agreement on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters between Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan. An MoU was signed between the interior ministries of Pakistan and Kyrgyz Republic to combat the illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, precursor chemicals, and related issues. The Kyrgyz health ministry and Pakistan Medical and Dental Council signed an MoU focused on cooperation in medical education while another MoU was signed between the education ministries of both countries to promote cooperation in the field of education. The Kyrgyz Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision and Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination signed an MoU to strengthen cooperation in the field of environment and climate change. The National Defence University Pakistan and the National Institute for Strategic Initiatives of the Kyrgyz Republic signed an MoU for academic research and cooperative activities. The National Agency for Virtual Assets and Blockchain Technologies under the Kyrgyz President and the Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority signed an MoU for cooperation in virtual assets. Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan signed an agreement on the establishment of a sister city relationship between Lahore and Osh city of Kyrgyzstan. OJSC Kyrgyz Post and Pakistan Post reached a bilateral agreement for mutually beneficial cooperation in postal services and e-commerce while another agreement was signed between Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry on cooperation to boost bilateral business ties.
