ما امروز «گفتگوی پارلمانی» را در لویوی با گفتگو با صنعت فناوری اطلاعات به پایان رساندیم. در کلستر IT لویوی، بحث‌ها تا حد ممکن ملموس بود: چه چیزی امروز بیشترین نگرانی این بخش است، چه راهکارهایی پیشنهاد می‌شود و چه کاری می‌توانیم همین الان با هم انجام دهیم. ما به‌طور جداگانه درباره رویکردهای جدیدی بحث کردیم که باید قوانین شفاف‌تری برای کسب‌وکارهای فناوری ایجاد کند و در عین حال توانمندی‌های دفاعی کشور را نیز تقویت کند. امروزه فناوری اوکراین تنها به اقتصاد و صادرات نیست، بلکه راهکارهایی را ارائه می‌دهد که مستقیماً به امنیت ما کمک می‌کند. آنچه برای من اهمیت دارد این است که جلسه نه تنها با تبادل نظرات، بلکه با یک گام عملی ملموس تمام شد. جامعه فناوری اطلاعات در حال تدوین پیشنهادات خود است، ما روی آن‌ها کار خواهیم کرد و سپس بحث را درباره راهکارهای خاص ادامه خواهیم داد. بخش فناوری اطلاعات اوکراین بخش مهمی از تاب‌آ مالی، توسعه تکنولوژیک و پتانسیل دفاعی این کشور است. و هر آنچه اوکراین را از نظر اقتصادی و تکنولوژیک قوی‌تر می‌کند، به نزدیک‌تر شدن به صلح عادلانه نیز کمک می‌کند. از شما برای بحث مسترفند و آمادگی نه تنها برای مطرح کردن مشکلات بلکه برای پیشنهاد راه‌هایی جهت حل آن‌ها سپاسگزارم.

We concluded today’s “Parliamentary Dialogue” in Lviv with a conversation with the IT industry. At the Lviv IT Cluster, the discussion was as concrete as possible: what concerns the sector most today, what solutions it is proposing, and what we can do together right now. We separately discussed new approaches that should create clearer rules for technology businesses while also strengthening the country’s defence capabilities. Today, Ukrainian technology is not only about the economy and exports. It also delivers solutions that directly contribute to our security. What matters to me is that this meeting ended not simply with an exchange of views, but with a concrete next step. The IT community is compiling its proposals, we will work through them, and then continue the discussion around specific solutions. Ukraine’s IT sector is an important part of the country’s financial resilience, technological development, and defence potential. And everything that makes Ukraine stronger economically and technologically also helps bring a just peace closer. Thank you for the substantive discussion and for the readiness not only to raise problems, but also to propose ways to solve them.
