من عمیقاً از درگذشت اعلی‌حضرت پادشاه هارالد پنجم نروژ غمگین هستم. از طرف مردم لیتوانی، صمیمانه‌ترین تسلیت‌های خود را به خاندان سلطنتی و مردم نروژ تقدیم می‌کنم. لیتوانی همواره به یاد خواهد آورد که اعلی‌حضرت چه سهمی در تقویت دوستی میان کشورهای ما داشتند و چگونه از آزادی و استقلال لیتوانی حمایت کردند. در این روزهای سوگ عمیق، افکار ما با نروژ است.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of His Majesty King Harald V of Norway. On behalf of the people of Lithuania, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family and the people of Norway. Lithuania will always remember His Majesty’s contribution to strengthening the friendship between our countries and his support for Lithuania’s freedom and independence. At this time of profound loss, our thoughts are with Norway.
