بیانیه کاخ شاندور درباره دیدار هیئت عالیرتبه کمیسیون ونیز امروز در کاخ شاندور، تاماش شویوک رئیسجمهور با مارتا کارتابیا رئیس کمیسیون ونیز، سیمونا گراناتا-منگینی مدیر و دبیر کمیسیون ونیز و کریستوف گربنوارتر عضو کمیسیون ونیز به نمایندگی از اتریش، درباره درخواست رئیس کشور از کمیسیون ونیز گفتوگو کرد. در ۲۹ مه، رئیس کشور از نهاد مشورتی شورای اروپا در امور حقوق اساسی درخواست کمک کارشناسی کرد تا با در نظر گرفتن ارزشهای قانون اساسی اروپا، تعارض قانون اساسی میان نهادهای حقوق عمومی مجارستان که پس از انتخابات به وجود آمده بود، حلوفصل شود. کمیسیون ونیز اعلام کرد که آماده است این درخواست را بهصورت فوری بررسی کرده و از طریق مشورتهای حضوری در بوداپست، اطلاعات لازم در این زمینه را جمعآوری کند. رئیسجمهور مجارستان از تعهد کمیسیون ونیز برای حمایت از حلوفصل این اختلاف قدردانی میکند و در عین حال ابراز امیدواری میکند که مشورتهای میان این کمیسیون و دولت مجارستان نیز بهطور مؤثر به حفظ نظم قانون اساسی مجارستان در چارچوب استانداردهای اروپایی کمک کند.

Statement from Sándor Palace on the Visit of the Venice Commission’s Presidential Delegation Today at Sándor Palace, President Tamás Sulyok held talks with Ms. Marta Cartabia, President of the Venice Commission, Ms. Simona Granata-Menghini, Director and Secretary of the Venice Commission, and Mr. Christoph Grabenwarter, Member of the Venice Commission delegated by Austria, regarding the Head of State’s request to the Venice Commission. On 29 May, the Head of State requested the expert assistance of the Council of Europe’s advisory body on constitutional law in resolving the constitutional conflict that arose among Hungarian public law institutions following the elections, taking European constitutional values into account. The Venice Commission indicated that it is prepared to consider the request as a matter of urgency and to gather information on the issue through in-person consultations in Budapest The President of Hungary appreciates the Venice Commission’s commitment to supporting the resolution of the dispute and, at the same time, expresses his hope that the consultations between the Commission and the Hungarian Government will also contribute effectively to preserving Hungary’s constitutional order in a manner consistent with European standards.
