بررسی سه‌مرحله‌ای حقوق و مزایای نیروی پلیس به پایان رسید و حقوق پایه ابتدای استخدام برای یک افسر پلیس از 21,645 شیلینگ کنیا به 29,360 شیلینگ کنیا افزایش یافت. حقوق سایر درجات نیز به همین ترتیب افزایش یافته است. کمبود دیرینه مسکن پلیس را از طریق برنامه ملی مسکن سازمانی در حال رسیدگی هستیم؛ این برنامه شامل 47,464 واحد مسکونی در قالب 165 پروژه می‌شود. بیش از 2,000 واحد تکمیل شده و بیش از 9,500 واحد در مراحل مختلف ساخت‌وساز قرار دارند.

The three-phase review of police remuneration has been completed, with the entry-level basic pay for a police constable rising from KSh21,645 to KSh29,360. Salaries across other ranks have also been adjusted upwards. We are addressing the long-standing shortage of police housing through the National Institutional Housing Programme, which comprises 47,464 housing units across 165 projects. More than 2,000 units have been completed, over 9,500 are at various stages of construction.
