This morning, I met with the senior management team at the Office of the Prime Minister as they began their retreat, and I challenged the organisation to sharpen how we respond to the demands of a changing Jamaica. The OPM must remain agile in its strategy, strategic in its tactics and relentless in execution. As a central institution for Government implementation and coordination, we must be able to move quickly, solve problems and keep delivery on track. Our resilience must translate into results. As Jamaica moves from recovery to resurgence, the OPM has an important role to play in driving the coordination, discipline and execution needed to deliver for our people.
