از سوی دولت و ملت پاکستان، عمیق‌ترین تسلیت خود را به رهبری و مردم چین در پی سیل‌های ناگهانی و رانش‌های زمین ویرانگری که دیروز منطقه مرزی چین را درنوردید، ابراز می‌دارم. از دست رفتن جان‌های گران‌بها و مفقودان در پی این فاجعه، اندوه عمیق و همبستگی ما را با برادران چینی برمی‌انگیزد. در حالی که عملیات جستجو و امداد بی‌وقفه ادامه دارد، پاکستان آماده است تا هر گونه حمایت و کمک ممکن را ارائه دهد. افکار ما با خانواده‌های داغدار است و برای بهبودی سریع مجروحان و بازگشت سالم تمامی مفقودان دعا می‌کنیم.

On behalf of the government and people of Pakistan, I extend my deepest condolences to the leadership and people of China over the tragic flash floods and landslides that struck the border region of China yesterday. The loss of precious lives and those missing as a result of this tragedy evokes our profound grief and solidarity with the Chinese brethren. As search and relief operations continue tirelessly, Pakistan stands ready to extend all possible support and assistance. Our thoughts are with the bereaved families, and we pray for the swift recovery of the injured and the safe return of all those missing.
